Ionut Zeche – Managing Partner, has over 20 years of experience in Romanian and international tax with a focus on foreign investments into Romania, tax controversy, M&A and international tax restructuring assistance.
Founding partner, he is specialized in tax controversy and transactional tax advice for multinational companies, being also involved in high-complex projects, for clients in various industries such as agricultural, energy, IT, medical and real estate.
He is a Fulbright scholar, holding a B.A. Finance, a JD and a MS in International Tax at Bentley University, being affiliated with International Tax Specialist Group, Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants, American Chamber of Commerce, Fulbright Alumni, being also certified tax consultant authorized by the Chamber of Tax Consultants.
