Our Success Story
2007 – Our Beginning
Ionut Zeche and Raluca Tutu set up Mirus as a boutique high level tax practice.
2010 – Start of the Growth Phase
One additional Partner, 10 professionals, and more than 50 clients. Accounting, Payroll and Legal were added as lines of business. The firm becomes a well-established member of various international networks and associations and heavily invested in building its own relationship ecosystem.
2012 – Consolidation Phase
One additional partner, 19 professionals and more than 120 clients, with a strong focus on international clients. Lexington is founded as a separate brand delivering Language Services as well as Corporate Services.
2015 – Strategic Expansion
Two more partners, 31 professionals and more than 150 clients, out of which 40 Fortune 500. M&A and Corporate Finance practice is added to the firm, Tax Representation is founded as a separate brand delivering agency and representation services and Tax Practice strengthens its Tax Controversy and Transfer Pricing capabilities. Key partnerships with leading professional firms are closed.
2017 – Focus and Retention of Best Standards
7th partner, 40 professionals, more than 200 clients spanning from leading multinational to private equity firms, entrepreneurs and family offices. Moving into a first-class office premises and opening of the first international office in NYC. Set-up of industry focused desks and getting outstanding off-counsels to further build an already existing first class multidisciplinary professional services offering.
Our first 10 years had been a truly amazing trip. However, we feel this is just the beginning and we look at the future with a long list of fresh plans, ideas and targets. Keep an eye on us.
